Richard Street Project

Mutual’s Richard Street Project, 7-9 & 15-17 Richard St.: This project is a rehabilitation construction project consisting of two 3-family houses, currently empty and blighted, located in the City’s Fair Haven area, targeted for rental to and re-occupancy by low income families upon completion. Mutual Housing Association a/k/a NeighborWorks New Horizons is the developer entity. It has obtained site control, completed architectural planning and lead abatement and is seeking funding to address estimated project costs of $1,049,000, which includes an application to the City for $100,000 in CHDO HOME gap funding. The completion date is Dec, 2010 with lease up in March, 2011. (6 units)
